Set Description:

This is not hyperbole: I absolutely loved this series. It's one of the most ambitions, unique, thought provoking, and enjoyable comics I've ever read.

I'd like to chase all of these issues, but I don't even own many of them. I am, of course, an Alan Moore fan but I read this in the collected hardcovers and was even lucky enough to meet JH Williams III and got him to sign one of them for me.

The one I have in this set is the final issue, which is and isn't a real issue. The story was over in #31, however this issue collects all of the previous 31 covers with a new cover and is autographed by both creators, JSA authenticated. It also came with 2 posters that were in their own right a type of story.

Alan Moore is a madman! And Williams set himself apart in translating Moore's vision in creating this masterpiece. Enjoy!

I'm so happy to have this one. Promethea was one of the most amazing series I've ever read, and deserves to be poured over more than once. This last issue is actually all of the covers in 1 comic, but actually came signed by the 2 main creators:

Alan Moore & JH Williams III

I know Alan isn't going to be doing any shows anytime soon and I don't plan on visiting Northampton either, so this is about as close as I'll get. I did get to meet JH Williams III once and thank him, and I got him to sign the HC to volume #1 of this series as well.
