Oh baby, oh baby,.oh baby, oh! I got to meet Carlos Alazraqui, the voice of Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life. at Animate Philadelphia!
Rocko's Modern Life was and still is my favorite Nick Toon. So when I saw the voice of Rocko was coming to a relatively close show, I had to go. Carlos did not disappoint.
Carlos was so engaged with his fans. It is incredibly rare to see a guest in front of their table; well Carlos spent practically the whole time there talking, signing, and doing voices. We talked about the show, finding new things and interpreting it now, the Netflix special, going from Rocko to Reno 9-1-1, and hopes for more Rocko. He signed my original, off the shelf copy of Rocko's Modern Life #1 and my Rocko and Spunky Funko.
