Garden State Comic Fest 7/10/2016 (the other guys) + Chiller Theater 2025: James Tolkan 10/24/25 Rich Henn

Joe Staton took on my request of having Scooby Doo cosplay as Dick Tracey
Originally at Garden State Comic Fest 2016, they only had the other company available. It sat for almost ten years in the slab but now that JSA is available, I am slowly switching these over.

Fast forward to 2025 and Rich Henn was going to Chiller Theater and James Tolkan the principal in Back to the Future and a villain in the Dick Tracey Movie who is in his 90's shared that this would be his last convention so I had to get his signature now or never.
