Long Beach Comic Con 2/16/19: by Patrick Owsley

This book has had a long journey. Patrick Owsley at Long Beach Comic Con 2019 did this Cartoony head shot of Scooby Doo as a Zombie and the commissioner used CBCS. A few years later it was for sale on eBay but I didn't have the funds at the time.

About a year later it appeared for sale again on eBay and I bought it. A month later it hadn't arrived and the seller assured me it was shipped and to use the tracking number "which still said packing slip created awaiting item." To my shock it arrived AGAIN on eBay from a different seller. I emailed him explaining my dilemma. The seller did a proof of life timestamp photo and I bought it. Upon getting it and checking the Voldemort registry which always shared the serial number and who did the sketches I confronted the other seller. He seemed shocked saying it wasn't possible and I told him same serial number, gave him the census info on Voldemort's website and the eBay item number from the auction I won and I went through eBay to get a refund. Probably the hardest slab I got in 2021.
