I was just as worried about cracking these as I was cracking my ASM 129 for a third signature. I also decided to get my original copies graded not caring what they graded. There were titles that came out in the eighties that helped define what a comic book should be to me. This was one of them.
A special thanks to RonnyLama for opening his home once again for another year of ECCC wholesome fun.

This is the last I needed. Only six issues long, now I wonder if any 9.9's will surface.
It has been awhile since I purchased this issue. I took this to ECCC with me for Art Adams to sign along with Ann Nocenti. Both names are scrawled in black and on this one unlike issue one, Art wrote the date as well.
On my original set I go more into detail about each book both with the story and with my own experiences.

Book was originally a Universal 9.8. I cracked the slab specifically for signing. Book was not pressed in between.

I originally purchased this from World Wide Comics. I cracked my full gauntlet of 9.8's for this series that I did not already have signed. This meant I stayed away from issue 6. This is signed so much better than my own copy, both signatures stand out in silver. It is also the first appearance of Mojo, so maybe I should check if this is placed in the Copper first set yet.

Thank you RonnyLama for your generosity and helping make this happen.

Now I have two Longshot #4's in a 9.8. One was a copy I bought of the wall from my first LCS and the other was a copy I cracked open. The funny thing is, I like my copy better. Either way, this helps me complete a full set of Longshot in a 9.8. No One has done this before. Five are double signed and the sixth...I just didn't have the "balls" to crack and add two more...or maybe it was the lack of money.

PLEASE...if you are reading this and you have a copy of this book that you want signed, whatever you do, PLEASE PLEASE please use another color other than black. It just doesn't stand out.

When I first saw this book it was on World Wide Comics website. I never got it. I already had a 9.8 and didn't want another one.The person it did sell to was Bagofleas who decided to get it sign. For some reason he decided to sell it...I spoke up. I will now most likely sell my issue six since it is replaced by this one, maybe now he will sell me his issue #47 of the New Mutants. LOL.
