Purchased off eBay on 04/29/07. The top staple looks a little loose but I really like the wrap with no white on the front spine.

This is my favorite issue of the series and it was a thrill to see some of it realized in Batman Begins (though it wasn't as intense on the big screen).

A 9.8 of this issue is a tough find. Only two have gone up on eBay in the last year. Purchased this one on 09/08/07 from a-1comics.
6/20/23 Update - Before I sent this off to the latest Frank Miller in-house signing, it did not look like a 9.8. Had it pressed by CCS after the signing and came back a 9.8. I attempted to get this signed with color but the window bagged section of the comic which I made wasn’t in the lower third section. I didn’t want him to sign it in black on that part of the book which I’ve seen on several other examples. This turned out okay but I needed to have more faith in the CGC Signature Series team.
