Bought this already universal graded for a fabulously low $50, when it was the only 9.8 graded copy!

Took the big risk and cracked it for Pat Broderick to sign at Tampa Bay Comic Con last year.

When I put it on front of Pat he just stared at it for a moment. Then he told me he had been looking for a copy of this issue for years now, and hadn't found one!

He wanted to buy it from me, and when I told him it was an OAK for my CGC collection, he told me to hold on tight to it for the rest of the show or he might track me down at steal it from me. lol

It retained its 9.8 grade and is now STILL the only 9.8 graded copy to date!!!

Awesome!
