Set Description:

What a long and winding road !

I started collecting these obscure Marvel Hanna-Barbera comics in the late 1980's. In those pre-internet days odd books were very difficult to track down. Over time I put together a few of them in high grade and submitted my first copies to CGC back in 2006. I have continued to scour dealers, Ebay and fellow collectors to find the best possible condition. My goal is to complete them in CGC 9.4 or better. There are no Direct Editions of these just Newstand Sales.

Flintstones #4 4/78 Jetsons Appearance.

Laff-a-Lympics #1 3/78. First appearance Captain Caveman. First Hong Kong Phooey (Marvel) appearance.

Laff-A-Lympics #5 7/78. First Speed Buggy (Marvel) appearance.

Laff-a-Lympics #8 10/78. First appearance of Jabberjaw.

Laff-a-Lympics #11 1/79 Jetsons appearance. 1 pg illustrated bio of Mighty Mightor, Herculoids, Shazzan, Galaxy Trio and Space Ghost

Scooby-Doo #1 10/77 with the first appearance of Blue Falcon and Dynomutt.

TV Stars #3. 12/78 All Super-Hero Special Issue with cover art and Space Ghost story by Alex Toth and scripts by Mark Evanier. The Herculoids: Cauldron of Disaster with inks by Dave Stevens. Dynomutt and Blue Falcon appearance

Since these are unconventional Marvel titles it continues to be a fun, challenging and rewarding journey to find the last few copies I need !
