The Red Leather edition of Providence #11 (or Blood Red Leather as it was listed in solicits) was limited to only 350 copies.
It was released March 31st 2017 and retailed for $24.99.
The cover portrays Shadrach Annesley, Increase Orne, and Tobit Boggs. All three first appear in issue 3 of Providence
