Purchased as a online auction on MyComicShop.com for the purples of having Roy Thomas sign. They had it as 4.5 restored. MyComicShop are hyper strict with grading and usually their books grade a little higher if CGC submitted.
Roy Thomas was at a small comic show in Wayne NJ with facilitators present so had to knock out a few books. Would have been more but his earlier advertised price on their website was no longer valid.

Purchased from Comics on the Green's back wall for the purpose of a Roy Thomas convention signing. New Jersey Collectorfest as small comic show in Wayne NJ that has the vibe of a indoor flea market with a very small section of artist/minor celebrities that helps make it a "show".
CGC facilitator was present so got it done. Roy shared that this story was the first time he worked with Spiderman.
