Being able to say I bought these issues off the comic book stands each month starting with #1 as a little kid was very special now that I am older and looking back.
Todd McFarlane is the main reason I am even into comic books. Seeing his rendition of Spider-Man captured my attention right away and I have been a fan of ever since. I consider Todd McFarlane bar-none the best Modern artist of all time. While he did do work in the copper age, he really was in his true artistic prime once the Modern era started.
Putting together a CGC 9.8 "Direct" Edition set.
