Not just a war comic, one that celebrated all of the work of the armed forces!







Contact Comics is one of the war comics that gets overlooked, in my opinion. Sure Cole did every genre, but horror and romance are the first that first come to mind, the war comes secondary for most.

I picked this logo because some of the early covers had those cool flags from the other countries. As the title goes on Contact has more than just airplanes but they show some love for all of the armed forces, and Cole even did some work on the interior covers!

Of course by the end he knew the book was doomed do he drew what he wanted - SCF-FI! #12 has one of the most desired space covers of the golden age. So take that one in, but don't overlook the rest!
