This, and other Star Publication comics, loved to have a title and then a sub-title. I know these banners get big, but it would be a crime to leave any part it it out and this is a romance book, not crime!

This run really is a collection of the master's take on the romance genre. I used the cover of #7 for my image above for a bunch of reasons. First, it's just awesome with the babe with white hair in a sparkle dress and a purple background. I also have a printer's proof of this cover so I like it twice as much! Also, it's the best scan I've got so there's that. ;)

This is one of the best romance runs Cole did along with Popular Teen-Agers and True-to-Life Romances, those are the "big 3" from Star. You can see Cole's art change (as it often did) from the beginning of the run towards the end. The progression is quite interesting - maybe not as fun as the actual covers themselves but it's a bonus!
