Extra! Extra! Read all about it!
Cole took a lot of chances in using different themes, layouts, perspectives, etc... and this is one of them. This is a full-on newspaper cover complete with a dead dame on the cover and a full written story! None of that "lorum ipsum" stuff, he went all out! Yes, we do get less image, but at least what we get is pretty cool!

Cole stuck with some of the newspaper theme here, but now we get MUICH more image-wise compared to the prior issue. All of the faces swirling together with one leading into the next, over the solid shadowy-blue background leaving their eyes to shine open as they stare at the killer!
The fire logo really stands out, as I wish the goofy policeman didn't, but the good far outshines the bad.
