Back around 2012-2013, I bought the entire raw set on EBay, and the set had most of the variants. What a big box of comics! But I immediately thought #28 2nd printing was the best cover in the series, and in fact, it's one of my favorite covers of all time. Just the dread it inspires!
There are two ways to interpret the cover. First theory: The Hulk is exulting in his victory, raising his fists to the skies like "yeah, I'm the baddest man!" Second theory, far more ominous, and the one I believe is the intent: It's actually at the height of his NEXT two-fisted strike...he's about to come down yet again with two massive stone-like fists on poor hapless Logan.
