While on the shores of the planet of Mecari washing up to shore this tome found me. Dr. Doom took the power cosmic from the one we know as the Silver Rider. Ive heard others refer to him as The Surfer. The dangers of this is horrifying and he could bend the universe to his will with such might. This i had to seal and hide away in the vault as its to valuable.
Thankfully the Fantastic Four always seem to appear when the time is right.
