Synopsis:
A woman named Mrs. Fielding bought a bottle of Zumatrin pills and took them, only to die from cyanide poisoning, as did several other people. In response, the Punisher decided to investigate who was behind the poisonings. He eventually decided to phone the local Jehovah's Witnesses. Meanwhile, Alfred Coppersmith was exercising in his apartment when a woman named Cindy reprimanded him for yelling at his neighbor Mr. Bates. Frank went to a local Jehovah's Witness hall, posing as an FDA agent named Tony Knowlen Ross. He asked Mr. Albanap, the man at the desk, to call him at a number and inform him of any suspicious figures. On his television, Coppersmith saw the media interview Daredevil, who urged the perpetrator of the poisonings to turn themselves in. Watching this, Coppersmith scoffed, thinking that he would not turn himself in. Frank was called Mr. Albanap on his phone to come over. Mr. Albanap described Alfred Coppersmith to Frank as suspicious. Later, Frank went to Coppersmith's apartment complex, disguised as a handyman. He met Cindy and went into her apartment with her after agreeing to fix her sink. She attempted to put Sparklene Mouthwash in her mouth, but it was knocked out by Frank, who told her that it was laced with cyanide. Coppersmith returned to his apartment and was confronted by Frank, before running away and being chased outside to a ledge. Frank subdued Coppersmith and was about to throw him off of the building, but was stopped by Daredevil. Then, the Punisher and Daredevil fought and argued about each other's methods. Coppersmith got up, but was taken down by Daredevil, who rushed away with him. Frank went back inside and told Cindy that Coppersmith had laced the mouthwash with cyanide. Cindy did not believe him and threatened to call the police before Frank walked away.
