Signed by Roger Stern (look at his tiny signature in the moon). With few exceptions, Stern signed all of my books with the smallest signature possible. I'm guessing he is trying to avoid covering up the cover art as much as possible.
Besides the final page which features the four panel shot of Doomsday's fist punching a wall, the plot of this issue is unrelated to the Death of Superman storyline.
It does, however, contain a discussion between Superman and the Jackal where Superman outright says the idea that he "never kills" is not true. This is apparently controversial for some fans even though there are plenty of examples of it happening in the comics.

Signed by Roger Stern. The cover art is a recreation of the iconic cover of Action Comics #1 with Supergirl taking Superman's place in both the art and title. As with the first printing, I have struggled to find a high graded copy of this book due largely to the black cover frame for the "Funeral for a Friend" series that was prone to color breaks.
"Re:Actions" Plot Synopsis:
A WLEX broadcast is shown, reporting on Superman's death. When a reporter tries to talk about Superman's body and its legality of where it should go to, it is interrupted as Paul Westfield and his Cadmus soldiers burst in, demanding Superman's body. The Guardian attempts to stop them, but Westfield pulls rank. However, when word of this comes to Luthor, he decides to fix things, sending Supergirl and Team Luthor to stop them. When Supergirl finds out what Westfield's wants with Superman's body, she ends the fight swiftly. Soon after, Luthor arrives with Mayor Berkowitz, the mayor holding papers from the White House itself declaring that Superman is an American and deserves a decent burial. Luthor's able to forgo what happened if they get out of Metropolis as fast as they can. With the programming fixed, Luthor gives a message, declaring that a portion of Centennial Park will be host to Superman's final resting spot.
In the Daily Planet, Lois, Perry and Jimmy listen to the broadcast before Perry sends everyone home for the night. As Jimmy and Perry worry about Lois, everyone else reacts to the news. In Smallville, Lana calls the Kents to check up on them, hoping it was a mistake. In a restaurant, three customers are also in shock and the remember the incident with Superman and Batman saving their town from vampires. From Austraila to Japan to the Middle East, Africa and Russia, they all hear news of Superman's death.
In the coroner's office, Luthor is brought to Doomsday's body and, enraged, smashes a chair over the beast's body.
In her apartment, Lois reaches Clark's apartment and collapses. She realizes the world must never know Superman and Clark are one and the same and resolves to call his parents. Hidden away, the Toyman shows no joy in Superman's passing while in S.T.A.R. Labs, the Parasite complains over hearing the news over and over. In Stryker's Island, the prisoners rejoice a bit over the hero's death.
In a bank, a police officer notices a group of thugs robbing a building and is nearly ran over in their escape. However, before they can, Supergirl arrives. She stops the crooks and allows other cops to bring them in. As she leaves, Bibbo catches sight of her and decides to be by himself, tossing the patrons out of his bar to pray.

"Who's Buried in Superman's Tomb?" Plot Synopsis:
On leave from Cadmus, Guardian apprehends a group of armed criminals in a stolen delivery van, when all of sudden Dubbilex contacts him telepathically telling him to return to Cadmus immediately.
Lex Luthor, on his way to Centennial Park, confides to Sydney Happerson his feeling of paranoia about Superman's body being missing, considering that Superman might have faked his death just like himself. Luthor arrives at the park where Supergirl fills him in on the events she and Turpin encountered in the tomb. Maggie Sawyer asks Luthor why a tomb would be equipped with access vents and secret tunnels. Luthor says that the site had originally been planned to hold a time capsule, but were ideal for the construction of Superman's memorial statue. The group decide to reinvestigate the tunnel.
Guardian returns to find Paul Westfield overseeing Carl Packard trying to obtain tissue samples from Superman's body. Furious, Guardian goes after Westfield, but is held back by Dubbilex. Guardian says that even if Superman could be cloned, he would not his mind to put in the cloned body. Rodriguez says that mental impressions that Dubbilex previously absorbed from Superman could be enough if a clone is made. Reluctant, Guardian agress only on the condition that the project's head doctors be in charge, not Westfield.
While watching the news of the people missing in the wake of Doomsday's destruction, Lois is ready to take Jonathan, Martha, and Lana to the airport.
Back in the underground tunnels, Luthor accidentally sets off an explosive charge placed by Cadmus agents to seal up the path. Everybody survives, but the explosion cracked a spot in the cave that lies beneath Hobb's River, flooding parts of the cave. All parties agree to keep the news of Superman's missing tomb a secret so as not to create riots, even though a cult that worships Superman has set up camp outside the memorial. Everyone also knows Cadmus is responsible, with Sawyer and Turpin wondering what's Luthor's agenda is in all this, and Luthor dying to know what Westfield is working on in Cadmus.
Lois says goodbye to Jonathan and Martha. Lana and Lois have a tearful goodbye.
