Set Description:

After Heroes Reborn, we were treated with Heroes Return. What better way to start the series with Mark Waid and Ron Garney? This series would see Cap gaining an energy shield and would conclude with his suggested "death" at the end of the volume. This series would ultimately set the groundwork for volume 4, which really set the tone for the modern interpretation of Captain America.
