I almost didn't win this one! Due to an error in the refreshing of my screen, I got my bid in with exactly ONE second left in the auction!
Now that's shaving it pretty close! But I'm glad I got it. It's an early issue and the highest graded so far with three other equally graded copies out there. The last one sold over three years ago!
The dark purple background on the upper half of this cover is the culprit for the 9.6 grade. I couldn't be happier to have such a great copy, though.

Knowing of the prevalence of dots in almost all of Harvey's Dot covers, it took me just a second to realize the reason for this cover.
She is looking down on the lights of the buildings as tons of tiny dots. Cute.
This is also a tough darker cover! I love it!
