East Coast Comic Con 2018:
Had to wait 2 1/2 hours at the CGC booth just to crack open the slab. Got stuck behind a guy that had 200 books ahead of me. He would later be a CGC facilitator.
Double Cover, Last 15 cent cover: 1st Cover 6.0; interior cover 7.0
Roy Thomas offered to sign both covers and his handler said no charge for the second signature but since it was going back into the slab, I just went for the first cover. In retrospect, I probably should have done both.

Little wolverine head sketch.
This was purchased off of eBay shortly after Herb's death. It was being sold by his agent on behalf of Herb's wife. He stated the books he was selling had been Herb's personal books that he remarqued and CGC'd because he had so may requests at conventions and figured it be easier to sell them at his booth. I was going to see him at his last show in New Jersey but it was a near blizzard in PA and he sadly had a heart attack that weekend.
