I bought this comic for $25.00 from a local comic book shop in Oct of 2011. I got it signed on 12/10/11 by Stan Lee at Frank and Son in CA. After that I shipped it to Desert Wind Comics to have it signed by Todd McFarline on 10/5/2012.

This comic was bought by my father from a guy that was dressed like Spider-man. My dad had him sign it "To Joel, Your Pal, Spider-man". This comic has sentimental value for me.
