Being a child of the 80's, my love of comics blossomed right alongside my love of the "Alien" films. I remember buying #1 off of the stands, and was blown away that this was a continuation of the story, and not just an adaptation of the films. I still prefer it to the story used in the actual sequels. These books are an instant whiff of powerful nostalgia for me, and Mark Nelson's art looks as good as always.
