Scranton Comic Con 2021:
Scranton Comic Con Pre-Covid used to have two shows a year a fall/winter and a spring show. Since COVID, they have one a year and another under their banner at Hershey.
It is a small show. When they used the Raddison Hotel which this was the last time they used that show, it was basically one ballroom. You walk in a circle, and a couple toy/dvd vendors on the corner as you enter the room. You can physically walk around in five minutes but of course spend time going going boxes and meeting some of the guests.
Way too small for CGC to come in person, and small enough that no CGC Facilitator would attend. Luckily, a comic shop owner under a half hour from the show had been a CGC Facilitator tried out the show for his first facilitating.
Seeing that when I arrived, I knew I had to use Heat Seeker Comics because you never know when a facilitator will be at a show you need in future so build those connections. He has since stopped facilitating as I understand it.
As Darren Auck was in attendance and a few wrestlers I figured I would have Darren do a Rock/Spunky mashup as wrestlers and have the two wrestlers in attendance sign it afterwards.
The original plan was to have Rock jumping off the UPC on the back cover and the wrestlers sign above. The front cover would eventually be sketched by Joe Staton as a Scooby wrestler. Darren asked me to have the wrestlers sign first then he would work Rocko around.
Tony Atlas was first and he agreed to sign...only he signed upside down so I had to have Andrew Anderson the Reinforcer follow suit and Darren had to sketch on the bottom.
New goal is to have wrestlers continue to sign since it is a bit mixed up. Would love to meet Danhausen one day and Hulk Hogan.

I first met Darren at Scranton Comic Con 2012 and had him draw his first Rocko and Spunky in years. Since then we always talk at cons and I introduced him to the world of mashups. He has since done a few prints and gets a lot of mashup requests. So he knows when I come, it will be a fun mix.
This one is Rocko as a ghostbuster and Spunky as Slimer the Ghost at Gardenstate Comic Fest 2022 thanks to the Agent of Slabs for facilitating.
It came back a 9.2, and I plan in future to have Steve Lydic add his color magic to the front. On April 28th, 2022 Chiller Theatre happened which is a staple show for Rich Henn.
The back cover will have Ghostbuster autographs. Rich was able to get Bob Gunton for me who was in the new generation Ghostbusters movie that came out recently. Bob was also the Warden in Shawshank Redemption. After pressing, it came back a 9.4.

Rocko Camping Mr. Bighead Swampthing Mashup: Gardenstate Comicfest 2022
Normally, I request a Rocko and Spunky mashup whenever I see Darren at a show. I have had this Swampthing sketch cover for a very long time and decided now was the day. I asked for Rocko and Spunky to go camping and to have Mr. Bighead be Swampthing. His only question was should Rocko and Spunky be aware that the danger is there or just before they found out.
I asked for the second where they hadn't seen the danger yet.
