Owner's Description

Monica Rambeau was my Captain Marvel since Carol Danvers had somewhat disappeared from Avengers continuity during the 80's in a haze of weird stories. I never loved this Captain Marvel's costume - seriously how would you ever keep a white costume clean? - the new Captain Marvel was one of my favorite Avengers characters from that era of the run and a worthy leader of the Avengers.

Her first appearance here spirts an awesome cover by the father and son duo of John Romita and John Romita Jr!
