Owner's Description
This was another of Greg Woronchak's one week eBay auctions in which he does some type of cover swipe and switches out characters.
This is a cover swipe from Sgt. Fury Agent of Shield #4 a classic Jim Steranko Cover. Nick Fury is replaced with a Velma version of Fury, and the surrounding background has the same swirl effects only various elements of the Scooby Doo universe are switched for the classic elements.

Grader Notes: Unavailable (However, I'm sure it is partly due to the back cover having some residue marks from ink or whatever was used to create the cover.)
