Owner's Description

I have wanted a Doctor Who version of Scooby for a few years now back when the Doctor Who cast were doing more conventions. Never worked out at the time. Saw this sketch cover on eBay and Greg Woronchak sent it in for me. Can definitely see this getting colored and signed with cast signatures on the back one day.
