Days Gone By 4 of 6. Rick and Shane have differences in staying or moving on. Rick and Glenn decide to go into Atlanta to get more ammo and weapons. Rick and Glenn cover themselves in Walker guts and organs to hide the "human smell"....Who knew it would rain? They get to the ammo store and fill a cart with ammo and weapons then notice as they leave...RAIN. Walkers Smell Human. Back at camp Shane is still obsessed with Lori and lori basically says "It was a mistake we hooked up"

LOVE THE COVER. Days Gone By 6 of 6. Funeral for Amy. The Group feels the loss. Jim is starting to Turn. Rick, Carl and Shane go hunting...arguments still continue as to what direction they should take. Jim, who was bitten, wishes to be left. They finally abide with his wishes and leave him to his own demise. Shane asks Rick to go hunting (different in AMC show in which happened in 2nd season)...Shane is MESSED up....Shane punches Rick and Lori punches Shane. Shane points gun at Rick and Rick's son Carl shoots Shane..."It is not the same as killing the Dead ones, daddy"....as Rick says..."It never should be, son. It never should be

They fnally depart and get blocked on the road by a load of cars. Here they meet Tyreese, his daughter Julie and her boyfriend Chris. Now the Walkers are Roamers as far as a discussion. Lori is confused and finally we find out that she is pregnant...Is it Rick's child or is it Shanes....We might soon find out

Miles Behind Us 4 of 6. Rick loses it. Tyreeese is a cool dude. here we come to Hershel Farms (Hershel is played by Scott Wilson in the 2nd season of WD....check out The Ninth Configurtion from 1979) Here we meet more new introductions of humans and much more drama.Note that in the AMC show Shane is dead. Hershel shares he is a Veteranarian and hope seems to move forward....or does it? I Like Glenn

Miles Behind Us Part 5 of 6...It turns out Hershel has been holding the Walkers hostage in the barn. Some of the hostages are Hershel's own who breaks free and bites 2 of Hershel's other children. Hershel realizes that zombies will never be human again so he opts to kill them and the others inside the barn then allowing the Others to stay in the barn. The AMC version is drastically different than this splice of time in the series.

Safety Behind bars 1 of 6.Andrea, Tyreese and Rick get to the prison and lock themselves in the outer fence to clear out the abominations. The tried to only use melee weapons but soon got overrun so they had to use their firearms. They finally kill off the Walkers. They are out of food so they must get inside the prison to find the stockpile. While clearing out the prison Rick and Tyreese find a closed door to the cafeteria. When the break in they find four more survivers Dexter, Andrew, Axel, and Thomas Richards.

Safety Behind Bars 2 of 6. 11/2004. They bring the rest of the group inside the cafeteria where they eat for the first time in a while. The 4 survivors, as it turns out, are inmates of the prison. Dexter killed his ex-wife and her boyfriend, Andrew was a drug dealer, Axel commited armed robbery, and Thomas says "tax evasion". Perhaps they have grown out of their old ways...Dexter and Andrew are in a homo sexual relationship.Dexter shows them around the prison.Rick proposes to bring the Greene Family to live with them. Rick and Dale head to the farm in the RV. Chris and Julie make a suicide pact by shooting eachother. After hearing a gunshot, Rick runs to find Tyreese holding his dead daghter's body. Julie turns and attempts to bite Tyreese. Chris is not shot and more than likely feels an enormous sense of loss

Safety Behind Bars 3 of 6. 1/2005. After Tyreese nearly gets bit by Julie Chris shoots her. That was Tyreese's daughter so he is quite upset so he beats Chris to death (summing up their original pact). After discussing the Walkers they come to realize that one does not need to be bitten to "turn". Rick returns to the Atlanta camp to have some closure with Shane, who is now a Walker. Rick deals him another death and does not bury him...closure enough. Rick travels back to the prison. Glenn and Maggie are back with the group and they love the barber shop...doing the humpty diddle. Tyreese has a bit of baggage aaas he lets his frustrations out on some Walkers in the gym. Hershel opens the barber shop and is struck dumbfounded on seeing his twin daughters decapitated heads.

Safety Behind Bars 4 of 6. After Hershel finds the reanimated heads Glenn shoots them and Dexter is locked up for their murders.. Tyreese is found sitting on the gym floor in a sea of dead zombies and Andrea goes into the laundrey room and attacked by Thomas (the tax evader?). Then realizing Thomas is behind the deaths of Rachel and Suzie...the guy has it in for the ladies.....

Safety behind Bars 5 of 6. 3/2005. Carl and Sophie are becoming closer. Carl wishes to be her boyfriend and she kisses him but poor young Carl shy's away. Andrea runs out of the prison and Rick saves her by beating Thomas to the point (see cover picture) where he breaks his own hand and really ruffs up Thomas's appearance. Thomas did not kill Andrea but she was cut on the cheek andsliced off an ealobe...The dude is messed up bad...A new rule for the Group "You Kill...You Die". They declare to hang Thomas.
