Set Description:

Growing up within the peak of Alan Moore and Frank Miller I became enthralled with a various number of "independently unique" artists and writers. This series was not one that captivated me yet what did was thatFrank Miller,Bill Sienkiewicz, Mike Ploog and Matt Wagner (gotta love Mage) worked on......MANGA in beginnings......Frank Miller was inspired by the originally first published series (1970)...see Sin City and Ronin.Novelist Max Allen Collins ackknowledged influece on his Road To Perdition. Animal versions of Ogami Itto and Daigoro are recurring characters in Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo as Yagi and Gorogoro- The Lone Goat and Kid.
Alas, on MEIFUMADO, (The Road To Hell), the first duel between Ogami Itto and Yagu Retsudo runs 178 panels-one of the longest single fight scenes ever published in comics.
