Owner's Description

Cabbage Comics allegedly used the Hooters name without permission in the title and content of this comic leading to a lawsuit with the Hooters organization.

This is the standard edition which a print run of around 7,000 and it is assumed that they all made it into the public domain before any litigation was initiated (hence the recall notice probably came too late).
