Owner's Description
Michael Turner cover with color, and really another great pose that seems moody to me. I was introduced to Michael Turner with this issue, and it made a lasting impression! Starts the series anew and makes the new 52 a sweet memory, but it's in the past, the Batman has the solitude to have survived this far. Seriously, the Batman picks up the series to let the past go, in short, get out your "batarang" cause here we go again! All too time consuming, the Batman is gaining this series off the backs of great writers. Not everyone's favorite, but the "New 52" had some fans, and this "Rebirth" has some big shoes to fill. It went for quite a few issues, and I think everyone was thankful that the "reboots" had stopped for the time being! Intently moody is the Dark Knight that strikes first with intent as well. Michael Turner stuff will run out in time, but his art is confident and sure.
Showing a progression of art, and what became accentuated in the Turner era with DC. Michael Turner is still considered to be one of the finer lines when it comes to art, consistency, and draw from fans of the time.
Complete with a back cover picture of the Batman statue as he is hysterically serious as the TMNT are in party time! Buttons of olden days, but back when those were marketed, as they are novelty items and in almost all collections!
