This was the second graded copy of books from this set that I collected. I spotted this on eBay for a little over $100.00, which I thought was pretty good for a Second Print, and I really love seeing those Roman numerals on the cover of books from this era, so I had to grab it!
At that point I contemplated building a set and checked out the Registry sets... I ended up digging through my long boxes and lo and behold, I did in fact have the Preview book with the inserts still in it! It had some finger bends but nothing that I didn't think wouldn't press out, no spine ticks. I pulled it and put it in my next stack of books to get graded, and started hunting the other books from the set! I'm going to have to use another presser for the Preview issue due to the inserts, and I have someone in mind... that will be the last book to be added to this set and regardless of the grade, it'll be neat that it's my original copy!
