Owner's Description
Issue 76 brings Bob McLeod back into the fold. After a really long absence he is back gracing the cover with his art. Not only is he using his skills at drawing some of the characters he helped create, he is also showing Namor helping the kids out in an underwater scenario. The cover reminds me of a "toy" i had when i was a kid. I believe they were colorforms. They were static cling stickers I could use over and over again. I remember trying to put as many as I could on. This cover looks like one of those.
I took a break from writing about my signature series books, mainly because i had my Longshot books returned to me, and life. Getting my books signed by one artist is pretty good, but having it signed by multiple collaborators is even better.
The story has long been forgotten. I was disappointed in my favorite book. The X-Men were getting better and the New Mutants were put on the back burner.

A side Note. Louise and Walter were both sick this weekend. They were troopers and came through for their fans. I got sick after meeting them. I dismiss this as coincidence.
