Set Description:
The beginnings of this set started at the 2018 Comic-Con! Last page comeuppance! the red "suits and skins" are out in splendor, and I guess those printers would have had to stock up on the red coloring with not much else needed. Ha-ha!
Hulk. Does he die? does he stand trial? More importantly does he show up on the Newsstand to peruse at your leisure and keep it dear to your heart at the local Barnes and Noble? A few different editions and a few regular covers. Find it here in the Hulk 2008 set! Guaranteed to get that red blood, pumping and thumping in time. The red-light flashes, the flags go down, the people get up! Keep it in town, cause the Red Hulk(s) are busting out.
Red Hulk is a different take, but same rage with enough "Gamma" to take out a city block on a whim. That is the tested and true way for the HULK! Immortal or not!
Hulk Busters of comics with head movers and changers against all sorts of odds, who want to know of the newcomer within the ranks of Marvel. Red in the face and a bit angry given their plight and plot, the Red Hulks of 2008 are ready and determined to make their mark of establishing the brand within and all over shaking in media. Moving along swiftly, it does eventually get its due in the sun, as some are pickups from say 2019 or thereabouts, but with again the boards involvement and grateful attitude, we can make it work in presentation and a bit of snarl within those covers of newsstands too.
Need to keep picking them up in the wild, as well, the heat is on!
Changing men into machines of gamma ray strength takes the courage and testament of all those involved, even by issue #2 the Iron Man sits up and takes notice. The destruction may lay waste but not without everyone's final say in the court of popularity.

$3.99 Newsstand Edition of Hulk #1 from 2008, with the regular cover but also Newsstand barcode with a different price than the direct version. 1st appearance of the Red Hulk in comics and in high grade, also made available to readers at places other than the LCS! An even later than normal newsstand, still in awe, but I'd like to add #2 in Newsstand of this series, if I can someday. It might even be a 1st cameo by being on the cover or the full appearance 2nd issue. We've got the Red Hulk, and he will be tried and tested. A great series that even brought about other "Hulks" to join the fun. I have issue #15 at CGC now, what will it come back as? A series to be collected for sure! Hulks may need to see red sometimes, just to get it all out what's in his head. A little peculiar! It is almost a story no one asked for, yet it'll do. Some sales are easy on the eyes, but it feels good, always, to already have this one tucked away and under the belt!
I picked up the regular issue or direct of this issue at the 2018 Comic-Con, but I traded it way back then for this copy of a newsstand, maybe within a year later.
Complete with a back cover picture of the prescreen pass before released to theaters of, "Dune: Part 2!" To match my other Hulk #1's back cover pictures, it takes all kinds for the gallery of all the slabs together to maybe appreciate. A film about a desert wasteland where there is a coup in the name of the antithesis chosen hero, as opposed to others who would rather lead. At what cost and is it too soon for the rebellion? Matching the Red Hulk here who is comparatively sized up to the regular Green Hulk! Does one favor the other characteristics as the chosen to be supreme? Read and watch to find out!

Sweet! 1st Red Hulk with a Michael Turner cover! Wizard World 2008 Edition. I got this in the 2019 Boards Holiday Raffle! From JazzMan the boardie! I'm Happy for his generosity, and the fun of the Holidays. Adding to my Michael Turner cover's is always fun. Still gearing up this year and for another raffle and looking back this was just a fun pick-up. I don't own much Turner, but they're cool, variant or not. To cap it all off while awaiting the return from CGC and the Red Hulk is coming to fruition. We may have only these books for nostalgia for a while. He's the Red Breed and he's the heat from the mean streets! We need the movies and to put some footage in the can. Roll camera, action! The muscular redness is cruising for a bruising. Hulk Mad, Angry EVEN! Red with the drive to put the emotion to the test like a blur of smashing success to come?
Wristbands carve out hearts for stamps at prescreens.
"Poster's Galore!" Thank You, Mr. Bond, James Bond!
Complete with back cover picture of the "screen" at the prescreen of, "DUNE!" A remake of sorts same as a Red Hulk, that dominated theaters and stands while promising some spectacular thrills along the way. It can be summed up for the "spice" in the trade called life, with the hobbies that make these individuals of collections and characters stand out by as an end of days scenario!

Iron Man & She-Hulk appearance. Jeph Loeb story. Ed McGuinness & Dexter. Vines cover & art. First Full Appearance of the Red Hulk, which must feel like a wasteland upon admission. Taking some new steps to curb the rage as a new blood of monster is born, but this time the thinking and out for itself type! Does it win over the steps it took to calm the storm in any other that is gamma born? These will find an end to the person and type, but not without some bloodshed and blows taken by key in the game superheroes. One that could be found in Harrison Ford and taken out to play before back behind the woodshed, by the ever so capable Falcon as the new Captain America! Sometimes films play fast and loose with the original material, it doesn't take 20/20 vision to see the veins pump with adrenaline in some of the shots taken from comics to be put onscreen! Bought raw at Half Price Books for $2, with no press.
The Red Hulk in the Captain America movie did all right, we'll more find out circa 2026 at perhaps the awards, but for circa 2025, this 2024 Dune: 2 was the apocalyptic type winner.
Complete with a back cover picture of the "screen" at the prescreen before released publicly of "Dune: 2!" The movie, as well the comic, had some apocalyptic or wasteland seekers, by rehashing 80's theatrics that will pump up the veins with key ingredients to transform, as it is a story of old with the chosen things of this world being what confound the wise! Starring the MJ actress Zendaya herself, as the one to find the revitalizing wisdom of it all.

1st appearance of the Red SHE-HULK. Almost the only "She-Hulk" book that I own. Oh! These personalities are growing from anywhere with the "Red" Hulks! We can't always be whom we think that we ought, now add in super-powers and we better learn quick. Picked up randomly from LCS Awesome Comics. Still an affordable key issue, that fits the run I'm building! There are Newsstand Editions out there of this book, with a different price than the regular. While a niche, if I run into them, they'll be picked up as well. Glad to see Elektra doing business on the cover and testing motives while creating boundaries. Can't keep a good Hulk down? Oh Ya! There will be action packed punches too, and we've got used to the lady in green, now with a red color does she have an ulterior motive? It is all on the field of possibility and that isn't to be taken lightly. We've got some more "spin-off" characters to collect!
Gallery statue brandishing a sword and key chain! With the Deadpool appearance this issue, the red "suits and skins" are out in splendor, and I guess those printers would have had to stock up on the red coloring with not much else needed. Ha-ha!
Complete with a back cover picture of the insides to this issue from an under copy and showing that the weight class between red hulks is the same as the green!
Grader Notes:
light foreign substance bottom of front cover;
small bend bottom of front cover.
