This issue 5 looks SO much sharper than a 4.5 grade-its cut nice, its vivid, I am not sure what it was marked down for but I seriously considered breaking it out of the shell.
The reader copy that accompanies it is a coverless but complete interior with color copies of the covers.

This issue features a pin-up that is often missing-check out the CGC census and you will see more "qualified" issues than restored. The 2nd shot is the reader copy, which is missing the pinup, and a shot of the pinup, since of you bought the book in the case you would never get to enjoy the pinup!

My opinion this issue has Ditko's best art work, as the panels he drew build to this super-human act of Spider-man lifting an impossible mass of metal and concrete.
The 2nd shot is my all-time favorite spider-man panel by Ditko.

I have several non-CGC copioes of this issue for sale, but finding a nice high grade copy with no edge nicks at the bottom from the printing cutter and no white border on the left edge is refreshing!
A real, complete reader with a stripped top that was replaced by a color copy. Rest of the reader plus its interior original and complete.

1st Black Cat (Felicia Hardy). There was thought that the girl neighbor (daughter of the Russian landlord) to Peter Parker in the 2nd and 3rd movie might be the girl playing the Black Cat, as she seemed to have bad luck, causing fires etc wherever she went. We'll see. I was not totally happy with what they didi with Gwen Stacy in movie 3!
The NM copy of ASM 194 comes with reader copies of 194, 195 and 205, giving the 1st 3 appearances of the Black Cat.
