Doubles are inevitable and sometimes they are upgrades, and then you've got the one to give in trade or be a display copy! What better than a Space Usagi issue, and or, some others eventually that take to heart the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and sometimes that means A Ninja Kicking Rabbit, get you some! Whether it be the animated new series or the classic cartoon?
We need Usagi Yojimbo to keep us making the ninja expertise with our nostalgia for our kids, a kind of bonding for sure!

The 9.8 copy of an issue is in my TMNT Vol 1 set, as it should be with the other showcase gallery, but with doubles, it can give us an opportunity to showcase copies that were worthy of being picked up twice!
Sometimes it take two to get it right, but when in the case of "these Turtles" and the mutant ooze, you then need to double down again to four. Add in mentors and the team is complete, even with some outsiders joining the fray. It is good to have an "in" with the media, which worked well with comics like Spider-man, but these TMNT are also wanting to lay low. Save the now different color bandana they are common enough between them to be able to switch up roles to maintain efficiency or one would think, but their personalities are true to form with banter between them that makes for a kind of "turtle soup" with what tactics play out in the end.
Brothers rib each other, and a turtle with some oozing personas are no different, especially those of the teenage mind.

1st ""Space Usagi"" backup story by Stan Sakai. This "Rabbit" ninja kicker has learned the way to entreat his clan and enjoy "arts" all his own. Being almost tried and true, he is still earning his hero moniker every day, with a small village his origin. He keeps the lookout for the opportunity to prove honor, all while questioning his day to day of necessity in the reasons he has been willed a warrior. Honor and respect are earned, and he will transition and try to teach these concepts through word and deed, also by the end of a blade if necessary! Time has proven its worth to honor the Usagi Yojimbo to keep his validity in the pages, even in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and now, in SPACE as well! Complete with a seemingly child attitude and attraction on Netflix, these are the sagas of the way of a Rabbit Ninja Warrior! What obstacle course will he satisfy next? Traded into LCS Comics Asylum for this as a raw, total with grading I believe still under $100 cost, so a nice addition.

Complete with a back cover picture of the Shredder Poster from the TMNT mag I kept as a kid in a scrapbook of the late 80's early 90's! Those were ninja times with ninja pizza!
