The city of Gotham has found its chord by way of the females with unction to stay together for each other. By way of happenstance, they have similar backgrounds, they need only touch base with each other to see how each other is handling growing up. Along with vigilantes and heroines, it is all about a threefold chord that whips into line about the time that the opposition comes a calling. It can take a common enemy or similitude within the love of a grouping, and such are the Gotham City Sirens! Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and of course the Catwoman. Batman or the Joker, what will bring them together? Flip a coin any day of the week! With three personalities it can become like cats and dogs, or even perhaps some sonar bats! They'll never see it coming.

First Appearance of Gotham City Sirens! Reigning in the ropes of friendship to make a difference? Is there room for new beginnings? Each by themselves have held their own against life's trials, but with a gurney used sometimes it is nice to stretch out and keep each other company. This series takes aim at therapy and the life choices that forms a bond in trials together! These days call for patience, but we can't just ignore what is within us individually. Taking time to reflect and strike a pose for the covers in this series, the Sirens are drawn by Mr. March for most of the issues. He does a good job of hashing out the line between drawing in the reader and a plausible pose. This posse takes on a new meaning with adventures, and err, well serious matters in participating with each other's hand in tow. Gotham City Sirens! Sure to take back the mean streets? Can they trust each other to keep focused on the goal at hand? Who is taking up as an alpha companion, and beta or omega?
Complete with a back cover picture of just how innocent and playful these trios, in a singularity, can be! They've got the girls night out going 24/7! Infinite Crisis and ongoing dramas keep these girls' changing outfits and multiple personalities!

Scott Lobdell story Guillem March cover & art! Dueling personalities with pasts that cannot be properly diagnosed by their minds! Remember the Quinn is even some kind of psychotherapist, but it takes all kinds, and we all have our own issues. A gentle reminder to, err well, be gentle and kind even to each other! These colors once again POP, as once again the artist March makes the flow of art for the cover, and with a nice little run found, these slabs are making their display here in the collection and with more at CGC to be back soon for me 2023. Bought this slab from Lonetree, a boardie who was hospitable to sell me 3 slabs of the run for a cool $25 a piece plus shipping. Got to make the grade somehow, and we're all in this together. Whether leaning on the Everlasting Arms or just trying to wake up in the morning, we all set priorities and goals, and much like these 3 femme fatales!
Complete with a back cover picture of the prescreen pass before released to theaters of, "Role Play!" Starring the current, as of 2024, voice of Harley Quinn herself, Kaley Cuoco! Awesome to see the actress branch out, in this tale of a normal housewife with a secret gunslinging life as a "Day Job!" Keeping the family safe is the main priority.

Joker appearance. Trio Cover Hugging It out, and standing mystified, by what exactly? The Joker has made his way back into hearts, and we don't know, "Hubba, Hubba, Hubba! Who can you Trust?!?" Well, that will play out to no end, by not being fulfilled for a while. Some could call Comics a type of illustrated soap opera, but to those inclined, it could be considered how to wrap up the menacing intertwining's of relationships. We've all got our besties or "BFF's" and we can't make a decision without them! Sometimes that resorts to hashing out the past to leave it there, but when it is an ever-present danger, we've got a day to day that calls for friendship to be stronger. While the Joker himself is unraveling his own plot for relations with any pushback seen as insincere, we have got to stand firm and keep to our wits, as to make the decision of getting back from the grave decisions possible!
Complete with a back cover picture of the first ever con I attended! Circa fall October 2015 and a smaller one that advertised when walking through the doors that at the next bigger con in the coming months would be headliner, Stan Lee! It was exciting and I knew the first big con would be meaningful having then got back into comics and having this smaller con experience to fall back on as a learning event in preparation! Fun to be had all around at this first con that made the grade, and that brought the joy and gladness that has spanned the times attending, collecting comics, boards frivolity, and other pressure lifters on this journey! Onward!

Joker revealed as Gaggy. The plot thickens with a 9.8 solo cover of the one, the only, Harley Quinn. The Joker has been set apart for shunning, and while there seems to be a "clown afoot", there can only be one Joker! The puppet master rather than the actual puppet has made a way to infiltrate to get the low down or drop on the ever-woven trio of sirens. This makes for the smoking gun or pistol of Harley on the Cover ever more the blow to the injured. Kick a good clown when he is down? It may take that to confirm a D.O.A. and yet that won't phase the emotionless clown prince of crime. He has an agenda, and what of rehabilitation? When Harley Quinn at least can focus her turnaround to just avoid one person, it will help the 180-degree turn, but is this a bigger distraction? Is this keeping her from focusing on herself? We'll see it play out, somehow someway!
Complete with a back cover picture of some cosplayers from Fan Expo Dallas 2023, that fit the bill with the '92 Batman Returns Movie style Catwoman, and that can play a big role in the sirens when showing that feline independence! Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy found a trusted friend, one who secretly likes "bats!"

Paul Dini story and Guillem March cover & art. A beautiful solo cover of Poison Ivy, doing her growth in Justice, while keeping her femineity as strong as ever. She may be the most positioned in strength of the trio, having her own thoughts, but she even cannot ignore that Harley Quinn smile of silliness. We all get broken, and sometimes strength has to pick us up, while a Catwoman can also play match maker. This trio of cords are making headway toward their own demands, but not all is bread and water righteousness quite yet, as they've still got to fund the operation and take a look at what earning a dollar means. This can confuse a Joker, who has invested a lot of time and plans with each throughout the comic years, that somehow gets put in the back seat. Will the Joker take kindly to not being his own driver in his relationships? Was he ever securing in the role to begin with?
Complete with a back cover picture of, "Suicide Squad Rebirth Deluxe!" I won it in boardie Dr. X contest of "guess the change", and while I wasn't close on the amount of change, there were other prizes. 296 pages of Harley and the Squad, that takes up after the setting of Gotham City Sirens, nice to have the follow up story!

Tony Bedard story, Peter Nguyen & Jack Purcell art. Guillem March cover! Trying to do all these issues in some form of Near Mint, but when you send in books to CGC it is bite your lip time! HaHa, especially when I got this issue, #3, and #23 from Lonetree, a boardie who let these go for $25 a piece plus shipping. There are still 3 more submitted by me at CGC today 2023. These color popping tributes to a femme force still make me bite my lip as well, in the color crisp moody display, but not all is fun and games with the stories inside, as these girls are trying to work out issues. I've tried to cultivate some of the covers that I enjoy and have maybe some doubles that I will post as back covers, as the insides for reading do not disappoint either. Just an all-around well-done job by DC and very impressive, to give a tone and excitement for some collecting and hunting of books!
Complete with a back cover picture of the insides of this issue with my double and the splash page, "Cat Like Reflexes" does it in every time!

6 page ""Super 8"" insert included. Peter Calloway story. Andres Guinaldo & Lorenzo Ruggiero art. Guillem March cover! Somehow picking up where they left off the Joker doesn't take kindly to having to "listen to the issues of the day!" I mean he's got his own thing going too I guess, but in the end that is what the Trio of Sirens aim to squash with the boot of their heel. Not always trying to be in it for the sake of villainy is what takes issue within this series, although it starts out as a 3-cord band that is not easily broken, there is always time for improvement. The Joker seems the center of their troubles, however, and they've taken up sides to sort it all out! Comic Book Style, with panache and substance? Maybe a bit of wild flair? These March cover illustrations tell the tale, and really can draw in a reader, especially with each issue and the use of the title logo! I had bought 3 slabs from boardie Lonetree, who let them go for $25 a piece + shipping, which was extra generous, and kudos to him!
Complete with a back cover picture of another likeminded issue showing off these Guillem March covers, he needs some props! A bit like Mark Brooks, but a bit more subdued and subtle!
Grader Notes:
light bends to cover;
light stacking bend.
