The height of media would be the late 80's with the movie Batman, but it was a long push forward to realization that the fans wanted MORE! They couldn't get enough, and it was a bit of a frenzy. The copper age is home to new beginnings after "deaths", with token friendships and the start to the chase of every issue, as it became printed in abundance, but with more hype in the progress!
With Newer Properties in Play! New DC is trying always to adjust and make it a fanfare, the most successful, however, have been the family friendly titles. Big names have joined the ranks, but the loyal fans still clammer for Teen Titans with More and More familiar favorites.
When it comes to easy going the Copper Age is as good as any, but the bigger sticks come out to play! Given the ammo at the time with relevance and ambition, the minds were on the guns, artillery, and over all time constraints with power. It doesn't come easy always, but with some over the top attitude, which meant something akin to, "I claim this planet in the name of MARS!" Something of ego and supplanted in our memory to mean something bigger or with substance. We can see that within us was the justice in mercy that begged us to let go of limitations and inhibitions, but those like Superman and sometimes a Batman just wouldn't allow themselves to become like Mongul or a Harley Quinn!
