A Newsstand 8.0 I'll take it! The Batwoman is in for the premonition mode, as Wonder Woman and Zatanna take her out where the drinks will be high ballers. As Zatanna let the cat out of the bag with what the Joker would do to Batgirl the next day in the Killing Joke, this prequel lets the chips fall where they may! Not given to superstition, sometimes the inevitable happens, sometimes its predicted and sometimes not. Shattering the emotions and safeguards, we take each step closer to what may come and hope for the best. I wouldn't use it as an excuse to just do whatever I wanted, yet if these girls are to have the night they want, they'll have to "see it coming!" Excuses will only get you so far, if you are prepared for the consequences, and yet life goes on and we all need to relax, chill, and make the best of it sometimes without fear of tomorrow. It'll take care of itself!
Complete with a back cover picture from Adam Hughes Cover Girls of DC hardback, showing the illustrating fiasco about to ruin Batgirls Day! The hangover now Canon would bring a tumultuous migraine, and plenty of coffee! Batgirl is certain that she can recuperate and still keep that cunning edge. She's a Batgirl alright!
Grader Notes:
light spine stress lines to cover;
moderate bends to cover;
small crease right top of front cover breaks color.

Classic Hughes Cover. I bought these at Titan Comics in Dallas. They were basically cover price, and there were only a few left but I found the one's that I enjoyed for purchase. I imagine the black cover of this issue makes it hard in high grade, but I think this 9.2 presents very well. Especially at cover price with an Adam Hughes cover, it made my day when I found these among others that day! Given that she looks really cute all the time and a bit like a showgirl for both this and the following issue, I'd be at that show with bells on knowing she is the star that can be a hero too! What convictions will she face? Will she be faithfully true? Time to turn it up and ask the questions, to what an end it can be, for Zatanna the magician wielding dweller! She has known all types and had to befriend a few herself; she has a resume that is complete to the brim and with a tip of her hat in expertise!
Complete with back cover picture of a Zatanna statue that plays to her sensibilities, and hey we can't always go via Sideshow. Supplied to me by my brother who is very picky, glad to see her picture in the registry as a playful end to a long journey of "pulling things out of a hat!"
Grader Notes:
bend right top of back cover;
spine stress lines breaks color.

Hughes Cover. Final Issue. I purchased this online, amidst hype, but am comfortable with the way it presents. This is the final issue of Zatanna, which concludes a run of Adam Hughes covers. A very profound woman! The pose on this cover shows closely with the Adam Hughes crafted "Sideshow"-Statue. The Statue was a little on the expensive side and has since sold out. I'm happy to own this issue in 9.0 that shows the simpleness of Zatanna while offering something extensively grand! A lot of love for red covers too, floating on air, who could it be? That magician, believe it or not. Keeping her close-knit and at an end with fishnets, the actual closing will be a peaceful finale! Ready and willing she braces herself upon her staff, for what may come. It is up to those crazy people at DC Comics to bring the series home. With streaming and etc. always available at a moment's notice, the writing and film development will always be top concern or priority in any production with value!
Complete with a back cover picture of Zatanna from the Adam Hughes Biggest Hits Sketch Book, in true form to how he sees and portrays the Magic of Her!
Grader Notes:
light finger bends full bottom of cover;
spine stress lines spine breaks color.
