Set Description:
New Teen Titans. Keep it real, we've got DC, and they've got new characters to keep up the pace. Cartoons now movies, these Titans are everywhere you look; although, the movie was hard to bear, built for kids they are! A bit of George Perez and some tag line covers, keep this set inspirational to read up on the Titans. As kids, we'd only hope to be so productive. This team can take out a bad guy before lunch and right after they wake up! Not breaking a sweat nor a stride, these Titans don't have any hang-ups.
They came, they saw, they spit up the silliest things they could to make us laugh. Complete with serious Deathstroke to top it all off with a cherry!

Acoustic sweet spot for some enlightened tales between the Teen Titans and their new archenemy, but will this prove ongoing? I think the similar like stance between the good and evil between the two and how formidable in experience proves it worth of more discovery. It is almost ominous the mood when those called to battle are found in the mix. With cartoons and movies, all really were cartoons and so far circa 2024, the tension was cut with only the zaniness of those would be TITANS. As "one for the ages" the formed team of Titans need to get out of a rut and waste that gutter trash Deathstroke. That was a refresher course for the Titans that was meant as BUSINESS, and then would become business as usual. Someone always finds a way in the end, as collateral damage will occur.

1st app of the New Teen Titans. Picked this up at Titan Comics for cheap, when I brought it in late to sub to CGC through them, the owner said "oh, you got one of those!" I think that I snagged a deal! The owner was nice about it though! He was glad I got a deal, and so was I! Still, the Teen Titans have been in theaters with cartoon style melt your brain silliness. It was something different and hopefully current, and it was definitely upbeat! Keeping with the times these hijinks are still regarded today as fun, hip and interesting. Those quirky antics can only be made for certain audiences, and such as the modern cartoons were made to be, but they had a serious tone when it came to fighting in the name of Justice and or the American Way. It has been almost long forgot that the Teen Titans mostly came from serious teams with their own back and forth banter. Yet with the Titans and in cartoons, in a more childlike manner!
Complete with back cover picture of my prescreen pass to see Teen Titans Go! I took my brother, and it was complete with Deathstroke/Deadpool jokes and a drumming dolphin. It really fried our brains, but was a kid's movie, they even gave away Titans posters to color with crayons! There was enough frivolity that day that I was glad to be sober minded, because that was a lot! Just a lot! Ha-ha!

1st Deathstroke. A key character for the Teen Titans! Bought from the boardie "arexcrooke" I believe! I'm glad to have a well presenting copy that would be followed in the movies or cartoons, and internet videos! I think the boardie told me it could do better with a press. DC are some great reads, but most, as collectables, fly under the Marvel radar. I enjoy the characters, and anything to do with the Teen Titans seems to be the best writers and or artists, like George Perez, RIP. I guess DC valued the property more. If they come to live action film, they need to find a producer, and or, similar writer as the comics when getting it to production. All good when you're experienced in comics, and the 80's had some hits. All in all, it's nice to wax nostalgic, but I wonder what the current generation really thinks, and there are still some readers out there! Casual readers, if anything, with trade paperbacks, until they are older with more disposable income.
Complete with back cover picture of issue #23 that is collectable, but cheap enough to buy a raw copy and later a slab! Ominous cover to boot! Showing the effect of the destruction facing the "new" Teen Titans in this series!
Grader Notes;
