Set Description:
The newsstand is most often always the regular cover, but there is also a variant cover of this issue with Tony wearing a helmet.
Newsstand Edition, Iron Man has the Needle in THE EYE! This is one of those covers that reminds me of the golden to atomic age. Just that they revisited this kind of cover, for the Invincible Iron Man, he's done surgery before. This one may take a skilled robot of Tony's design, this physician is trying to heal himself, but to what end? Does the end justify the means? Soon this and other questions may be answered, and the pupils of the teacher can rest in knowing.
Those are some nerves of Iron and that is for sure. To hold steady and not move, or it is to get the plank out of your own eye. To see well enough to extract the spec out of your brother's eye!
Patterns of invincibility strike the nerves of possibility when seeing the successful iterations that have come and gone, only to come back again via streaming. The universes beyond or mortal kin are everywhere beckoning the read or viewing. With ample time to spread wings and fly, you could find yourself easily swinging a bigger stick to find enjoyment. In comes the Iron Man with inclination and a will liked machine. Computers, contraptions, and otherwise just trying to avoid a push of a button ending in destruction. The morals taught there are that sometimes the over-the-top ambitions are better to be found with the meek and lowly, as an anointing breaks the yoke for world building. Precept upon precept and line upon line, finds Tony Stark at it again with possible eye configuration, wheeling in to play doctor with a careful precision.

$3.99 Newsstand Edition. "Injury-to-Eye" label notation. Needle in the Eye, Catcher in the Rye. We've got them all! Keep the motor running! Keep all limbs inside the vehicle and prepare a sober ride! We've got real live operation. Reminiscent of the Golden Age covers that had a lot of the best notations on the label, like this one, but in the modern age. It's nice to see old habits die hard. A collector could go after them all, and while there are variants of this issue, I'll take the Newsstand. Some bad media press for a neat collecting niche seems unfortunate, but sometimes the stigma is on cool books that will wear off. All is fair, just collect what you love. Hasn't steered anyone wrong. I'm enjoying the art as well, still has that "classic feel" to it! Those kinds of needle to the eye surgeries are a real thing that happens as well! It isn't just made for comics but actually taken from real life scenarios.
The newsstand is most often always the regular cover, shown here in the direct version, but there is also a variant cover of this issue with Tony wearing a helmet.
Complete with a back cover picture of a graded CGC 9 Upper Deck Card 2023 of, "Pepper Potts as Rescue!" Signed and autographed, which CGC graded a perfect 10, by In-Hyuk Lee! Upper Deck was a producer of cards that was famous when I was younger, but mainly for sports cards. I won the graded card from CGC in a social media contest, so now looking out for more! The insides to this issue of Iron Man showing "Rescue" are in the set profile description, as a spoiler alert to the Rescue Pepper Potts Armor! A cameo this issue that is teasing a new character.
