1st appearance of a relative to Dick Grayson, Elainna Grayson, and a Bat-woman! She's up and coming! The Bat's of the Beyond series is old, and the newest of new has the Batman Beyond title along with Richard. A woman has the cowl to stop evil and bring justice. She's gunning down the bad guys and gals, but mostly only using fists. A believer in JUSTICE! I believe I was also the one to get this set added to the registry, on to the slabs!

If anything needed revitalizing and or a reboot, this is it, and throw in some Turtles while you're at it! Cartoons or live action! Ah Ya!
 
A newish type of series, with new "mantles" of honor and traditions to protect. Any honors that come by way of Gotham City are few and far between, but that doesn't stop the upstarts from wreaking havoc or playing a part of the problem and or solution. Relatives are getting involved, kind of like when your mother called another kid's mother when you would scuffle as younglings. It isn't easy when "adults must get involved", or it can be a teaching moment if embarrassing, but again, better to learn early that "crime won't stand!" Be it Gotham City or a grandma praying on her knees, times can be tough, we just don't need to find ourselves in the midst or we need to ask for help to get out! Almost a good detention slip handed out in Batman Beyond would help! Got to get to the Batcave and stop some crime, so many things to do and not much time! Throw your hands out up in the air, out into the atmosphere. Who can we count on? Batman Beyond!

SIGNED & SKETCH BY DAVE JOHNSON ON 9/2/17!! Completed Purchase at Titan Comics for $82. Indeed, a good day for driving with a pleasant greeting in the air, to the LCS young ward! At heart these purchases are dialed back in the collection, but sketches and signatures are needed. Indeed, the Batman Beyond is a worthy addition, due to the shading and transpose of character to the canvas. We need those black lines to move onscreen, much like the Silver Surfer, which is silver and black. The Batman Beyond suit is more of an invisible kid type stuff to me than even the Dark Knight, but to what end will it be? Media, movies, games? These are all taken into account with the stamina of youth, as the Batman is the teacher hoping to pass along the gift of wisdom to the student. Cheery and teary eyed, it's the young life that is a hard task to return with some reward, asking to be a free loving person is always a formidable while sought after goal!
Complete with a back cover picture of the regular cover to this series that is Rebirth #1! Found at the used bookstore when they had posted on Facebook "new stuff in!" I had already been by that morning, but after they posted on social media, back by there I go! When I went in, I found favor with the owner! As he recognized me as a shopper of comics and stopped me to show the new comics behind the counter. Sometimes I put my foot in my mouth with such opportunity, so Lord Willing it's a sign of favor, in Jesus' name Father. Lol. I felt obligated to buy for being "thought of" and yet it worked out well for a reader copy!

1st appearance of Elainna Grayson, whom I believe is the daughter of Dick Grayson, Batwoman Beyond? CGC 9.8 white pages with a nice foil cover, if you're into that, woot woot! I've had several of these come and go, even in 9.8, I always keep the 1st. I believe in this character, I'm more thankful I found the 1st Batman Beyond while I thought about it. Not high rolling, I can dig the chick in black. We need more heroes wearing a cowl, or maybe not, but definitely someone that can stand behind justice. Having Richard as a relative is top notch motivation. I'm not sure if this universe is all that big or large, even the cartoon like to play it close to the vest. These Batman Beyond books picked up steam after they had been out for a while! I've been able to have several copies of this issue throughout time, and I've been able to spread the good news by giving and selling this series to happy recipients!
Complete with a back cover picture of Fidget Spinner marketing! Featuring the Justice League and Teen Titan's Cyborg that may have been helpful to the Beyond Series having cartoons around the same time making several appearances in Batman Beyond! One Big Happy Family!

1st Batwoman Beyond keeping it real on the cover with all black! Showing up to kick some, 'nuff said! This Elainna Grayson is going to show dad who's boss! She showed up! She's taking to task the crime and their heirs. Given she is related to a big name, she has a reputation going before her, she's got the "Power of Suggestion!" Power! Ace Ventura pet detective didn't like "Bats" too much, when there was a white bat in Movie #2. This Batwoman, however, is taking flight and protecting the cowl in word and deed. With a recent rise for all the Beyond series, it was nice to find this at the LCS Keith's comics for a comfortable price. It is coming back a 9.6 is still a win for the collection, and of the covers available, this one is my favorite! Even got a couple of "ooh's and awe's" upon the stands for pick-up, and that can tell the tale of why somethings are a quick add to the collection!
Complete with a back cover picture of the 2nd full appearance bought from Half Price Books. There is also a reckoning with "deaths" in this issue! A bit of story building that makes Batman Beyond and woman all the while worthy of the collection!! What-what!

1st Elaina Grayson as the Batwoman Beyond. Dick Grayson's daughter has dawned a cowl, this greenish cover shows the perched Batman Beyond, and he's hanging around! Keeping tabs on relatives is a full-time job, and some have a passion for crime busting too. The time it takes to keep up with it all can make you want to hear the bell toll for justice. Forever it rings in the "Beyond Universe", when we in the early 2000's still awoke for cartoons. These Bat issues are taking aim at the family of successors, and just what will it all mean? The villains are left to scratch their own heads, as these Bats are taking them off to jail, see! BatWoman is a nice ringer of the chimes for freedom, as she hopes to keep them ringing loud! What cost for freedom do these heroes have to pay? Find out, same Bat Channel, same Bat TIME. Indeed, the Bat-Universe has ins and outs to learn.
Complete with a back cover picture of the insides to this variant that I picked up today from Keith's Comics 2022, at $7! It's the same as the regular cover insides; although, I wanted to show the splash page of the Batwoman Beyond, and the puzzled look on the face of Wayne and the kid is priceless!
