1st appearance of "GROO!" Hidden within this "Duck Series!" The mighty Groo is formed, and the character starts his mighty heroics here. These Ducks and their machine guns don't mind too much the spotlight being shared. 1st app and origin of the Destroyer Ducks as well. This seems to be a big issue. Picking up steam. Only rumored for speculation by some and for a short while. The inane subtlety of these characters were fun reads, just in my opinion, and would lend a whacky movie or other media besides comics. Maybe that is what the world needs now to keep the classics and maintain the original material and have them preserved. Some imagination that is typical of Sunday morning comics, yet a full comic worth is so enjoyable, it is hard to put down! It screams originality yet is typical of what the "funny pages" means to me. Sometimes those impulses prove fruitful, impulse purchases that is, and very quaint.
 2-page ad found within StarSlayer #4, which is only the 2nd appearance ever shown of Groo, and that being a total 2-page ad in the book and also the back cover to the issue!
Complete with a back cover picture of The Wanderer Groo, who is steps above the rest in making the likable frontier to be conquered or just inhabitable! Our Hero!
