Set Description

This is a set of my LB Cole books that I have graded. They may not be high grade, but they are all mine! Cole did a wide variety of genres, and I'm going after them all.

At the moment there isn't much reason for the order, except for the first few. The Four Favorites is Cole's very first comic cover so that has to go first. I followed it up with my copies of Mask Comics just because they are the biggest "must have" Cole covers.

After that I just have them in a random order. I think mixing them up like this shows off more of the versatility of Cole's art as well as the different genres that he produced covers for. Maybe I'll eventually change this up by putting them in either alphabetical or maybe even chronological order. Any thoughts on this?

I wish I could put in items that aren't graded too, just so I could showcase them all in one place. I'm referring to books like pulps and some oversized books that I have. I'll try to sneak in some cover proofs with corresponding books in the images. Maybe if I can figure out some HTML I'll try to edit this description with some pics of items like that.

Set Goals

I'd like a copy of every book he did, and minus a few I'm well on my way!

I'm still on the lookout for these, so if you know of any copies up for grabs let me know!
WANTS: BB #123, Captain Aero #17, Catman nn (yellow, floating heads cover), STT V2 #10.

I'm sure there's a few others, I think one of the Horrors books (I gotta check) and likely a few of the funny animal books. I also wouldn't mind upgrading some of the books that came back restored / qualified either. I'd also like a BB #105 and a better Mask #2 (my copy currently ungraded), but I don't really see that happening without a winning lottery ticket.

It's all just a matter of opportunity, luck, and money!
