1st John Constantine in his own title. 1st appearance of Papa Midnite, Cedella, Mnemoth, Gary Lester & Chas Chandler. 1st's out the wazoo! Yee-haw! That is to say if a LCS (local comic shop) can get the skinny of a low down Hellblazer in 9.2, then I'm off to the races at $81 out the door. Is there a curve to the learning with these "issues or impulse buys?" None can take for granted the tutelage of "LIFE!" Lessons learned of patience that comes our way morbidly contained in these prints of ink! Constantine even made it to movies and airtime, and it is that which makes things set apart in this life for the MCU/DCU, and so on, market lead. Discernment needs to be in the one who guides and is not hidden. John Constantine troubles the air waves by making the left turn toward the light and right into tribulation. That is, we all know and love wisdom that comes by trials, however brief we are delivered out of them ALL! Indeed, these are the ways of "well doing" that we need to be diligent and faint not as in it is "the way!" Constantine wasn't actually baptized, which is to say he didn't enter the Church, until he was near death. At the time he was baptized Catholicism was the only game in town. So he was, in the end, a Christian, and since the only Christian group at the time was Catholicism, he was also a Catholic.
Complete with a back cover picture of the prescreen pass before released to theaters of, "Ready or Not!" A non-cult woman unknowingly marries into a cult family, that on the honeymoon has to play a game of hide and seek to survive being sacrificed to the devil and stay in the family. A twisted plot that goes to show the evil of such a belief and following. Stay washed in the Word of God and set apart, no bargaining for survival there.
