1st appearance of Kitty Pride, the White Queen (Emma Frost), and Sebastian Shaw!! Some heavy hitters from the animated series, and some a bit before "my time!" As a kid from the 80's we had a bunch of teenage hijinks in comics. Kitty Pride always seemed helpless only to not be, and the White Queen was everyone's favorite bosomy bar maid. Sebastian Shaw was always kind of creepy, an in the shadow's kind of dweller. With the Phoenix Saga, they stand out and are awesomely presented here in CGC 9.2. Sweet! Bought from Dave and Adams for a little over $500, it makes the last of the "major keys" that I needed for this run. Others are either on their way to CGC or there may be some needed upgrades in order. I have a con coming up here in June of 2022, this being the end of April, I'm both excited and nervous to not have any spur of the moment buyer's remorse at the con. Ha-ha, it is the wheeling and dealing, and the thrill of the hunt!

Complete with a back cover picture of the "screen" at the prescreen of the movie before released publicly of, "Second Act!" A Jennifer Lopez film that presents her as a new Jack of All Trades, and much like this issue where the White Queen is attacking with Hellfire Club henchmen! They are wearing "cancel collars" to attack specific X-men, that she also uses to detonate and terminate them when they fail! A "pin" shown here from the Jet Li movie with a similar plot. As Kitty Pryde escapes this time using pinned-up talents that are unleashed and also winds up with a second act to rescue the X-men!
