Set Description:

Campbell Covers. This is going to hurt! You more than me. These covers are the calling card of flipbooks and the imagination of the nitty gritty. I was the one to get this series added to the registry, I'm comfortable with my set, but it still grows! The Elephantmen can be found in the $1 bin sometimes, and if you're able to find it in condition, more power to you. These are a few of the covers that are sought after, always room for issues to discover, that's what I love about collecting what you "LIKE!"

"The Elephantmen" is a bit about inter species relations, which doesn't sound riveting at all, but I can't deny those covers, Campbell makes it look easy and effortless.

These are not circus tricks and yet the "cannot look away" factor of some of these covers is less creepy than the title suggests. In some ways the art is considered special because of those curves and lines and with a big name behind the wheel, and yet some semi steady sales are there because of all of the above. We'll never learn when gimmicks are steady down the funnel, but like a kegger at a party some are drawn to the drama. Some Campbell here to peruse and enjoy, still they can be sought after, too! Sensibilities' aside there are also those that want to be able to draw and some that can look to these for inspiration. The Elephantmen covers that can draw you in from a steady scan or gaze is an example of every artist's focus, or most would be happy just to be set apart somehow, however it be possible. Campbell is fairly consistent at those accomplishments!
