Set Description:
Invincible copies fell from the sky and fell into this lap of a collection. Onward! It's tough when you show damage from battle but don't die. Like Dr Strange with the time loop in the movies, where he died over and over. Invincibility makes people rage quit! The key is endurance, and if we all make it over that hill, then the patience will pay off and we've hit the big time. Cartoons are streaming, and perhaps even movies will come or live action representations. Yes, the Invincible cry can be heard, until the natural demise that awaits us all. Invincible is named Mark, and he may represent his namesake if he is up for it.
Be sure to crack your knuckles before a fight, that always intimidates, but still doesn't make you invincible, will just give you some style as you go up swinging! Tiger Uppercut!
With many an issue now come and gone, much like Mark on his mission of heroics and the plight of worlds gone by, will he be invincible to live and see the results? He is as impenetrable as well with stamina by accompanying those already in existence, that he doesn't bat an eye except to save a race by which he is appointed in this universe to help and win over. Many tribulations come, but invincible or not, he must try to become the one he knows his family and friends see as a possibility. He doesn't think it possible save him as a newcomer, but it is almost forced and thrust his way by insurmountable situations. He takes his limited experience to try the best he can, and at least he is not alone when emotions come after exploring unknown lands of worlds by way of new civilizations! Come by way of the INVINCBILE!

Robert Kirkman story. Ryan Ottley cover & art. 1st Thaddeaus, and not a lot of CGC label notes still for this series that is now an Amazon Original! Those creators wanted a hero that could take a licking to keep on ticking! So is the saga of Mark the Invincible, who went on for 150+ issues and is warranted in film, media, and other, be it cartoons for cartoons sake! It takes those inclined to be fit for endurance of all the provenance that family brings to the funny pages, and comics are ongoing stories, to be inclined means to have fun collecting and the thrill of the hunt. Thaddeaus had his moments within the Invincible Universe to be pivotal, and it will take those one, two punches to count. Those who end up down from the count can attribute some thankfulness or at the very least ponder the implications after it all works out. This series is pretty good on closure after wrapping it up, but issue to issue, takes the INVINCIBLE!
Complete with the remaining raw issues that I have to read, with story arcs some of which involve Thaddeaus and or the family connection, that comics during this era had come to weave the tale in the hearts of readers. Good things do not always happen, but making do with what the characters are "made of", does some good alleviating the brawl and take downs of the series, where the dying stay dead. The living find a way to deal with those decisions made facts!

1st New Kid Invincible, 1st of a New Invincible as well!! A last issue of sorts, sorting out the old and introducing the new, we've got an Invincible Heritage! Make it ongoing? We shall see! To state again, I hope the writing gets picked up again is a bit of an understatement. If we got what we wanted all at once, we'd be spoiled. a lesson from the book that is as true in the beginning as the end. Needing to keep tutelage and always learning. If you don't push yourself, then you're resting, which is always needed. Just make sure you've taught someone to carry on if needed. Bought raw at my favorite DVD store and NM+! I'll take that and a Coke. Closure of a series that gets off in one direction to come in with a swift conclusion. Creators and artists making names for themselves, going on to attend Comic-Con, yeehaw! That will draw a crowd.
Complete with a back cover picture of Jonboy Meyers rocking the tumult of a beating, which is typical of the Invincible suit, which I assume has to be washed over and over, and almost more prominent than a Batman. Those are the breaks sometimes, but when picked up from a toy show at $20 and near mint at that, got to take that to the bank. Especially when this 2022 issue may spur another volume of the Invincible series! In fact, my friend Chad visiting from Australia, boardie Punisherpunisherpunisher, bought it for me for the gas to travel and bin dive!
